Notion Mail 9 月停運：AI agent 正接手你個 inbox

Notion Mail 會喺 2026 年 9 月 22 日收檔，web、desktop 同 iOS app 都一齊停。由 6 月 25 日開始，用戶可以喺 app 或 web 匯出只留喺 Notion Mail 入面嘅資料；9 月 21 日係最後限期，官方話過咗 9 月 22 日，未保住嘅資料就會刪走。好消息係，Notion Mail 一直同 Gmail 雙向同步，所以收件、寄件紀錄會留喺 Gmail。麻煩位係 drafts、排程郵件、snippets、auto-label 指示、snippet 附件、email reminders 同自訂 views；呢啲好多都唔會自動搬返去 Gmail，靠佢跑客戶跟進、招聘、content ops 嘅人要先盤點。

Notion 其實冇離開 email

Notion 對外講法幾直接：agent 已經夠做，愈來愈多 Notion Mail 用戶直接交 email 畀 agent 處理，甚至唔再打開 inbox；Notion 帖文提到多過一半用戶係咁用。重點係 Notion 唔係完全唔做 email，而係唔再維持一個完整 email client。停運後，Gmail AI Connector、已加落 Notion page 嘅 mail blocks、經 Gmail 跑嘅 agent mail tools 會繼續用。講白啲，消失嘅係 inbox 介面，留低嘅係 Gmail 連接同 AI 執行層。

一年多少少就收檔，背後係產品重心換位

Notion Mail 2025 年 4 月正式推出，之前 2024 年已經有 preview，底層又同 Notion 收購 Skiff 有關。當時賣點好清楚：用 Notion AI auto label、用 custom views 拆 inbox、用 snippets 回覆常見電郵、再同 Notion Calendar 接上去排會。呢套玩法好 Notion，問題係 email client 係苦差：你要追 Gmail 習慣、手機通知、桌面 app、Outlook 支援、附件、搜尋、可靠同步，任何一樣差少少，用戶都好快返去原本個 inbox。

對 Notion 嚟講，轉去 agent 條路容易交代好多。你唔使說服人每日搬去新 app，只要畀 agent 接 Gmail，再喺 Notion 入面查、分類、草擬、封存、退訂同回覆。對 team 嚟講，呢個係少啲習慣轉換；對 Notion 來講，呢個又貼近 Business/Enterprise、AI credits 同 connected apps 嘅收費邏輯。Notion Mail 收得咁快，某程度上反映 email app 好難單獨打贏 Gmail 習慣，但 email 入面嗰堆重複決策，仍然好啱交畀 agent 做。

要驚嘅係 Notion 專用資料

如果你只係當 Notion Mail 做 Gmail 靚皮膚，影響未必大；打開 Gmail，歷史郵件仲喺。麻煩係你有冇放咗日常做法入 Notion Mail：例如 auto-label prompt、客戶分類 view、招聘 view、常用 snippets、排程跟進同 reminders。官方講明 custom views 同 sorting 唔會轉去 Gmail，email reminders 唔會轉，已有 synced email database 之後仲可以打開，但 9 月 22 日後新 email 唔會再 sync 入去。

另外，官方 Help Center 特別提 HIPAA 覆蓋嘅 regulated setup 要喺 2026 年 6 月 30 日前轉走，呢個日期同一般 9 月 deadline 唔同。公司 IT 或 ops team 都要睇清 agent 權限：Notion Help Center 指 Custom Agents 可以 search、archive、trash、manage labels、draft、send，仲可以設定要唔要用戶確認先出手；如果個 agent 有 Mail connection，又分享咗畀其他人，官方話其他有權限嘅人可以睇到連接 inbox 入面嘅 email。

Email agent 會食走 inbox，但信任成本好高

呢件事最值得睇嘅位，係 productivity tools 嘅競爭方向變咗。2025 年大家仲賣「快啲清 inbox」：Superhuman 講速度，Notion Mail 講自訂 inbox，Fyxer 講 assistant。到而家，Notion 直接話好多用戶連 inbox 都唔開，email 變成 agent 背後處理嘅素材。Agent 可以幫你睇 Gmail、整理 label、draft 回覆、封存 newsletter、退訂寄件者，甚至喺有權限時 send email。

不過 email 唔同寫 meeting summary；刪錯、寄錯、漏咗客戶 email，代價即刻大好多。所以 agent 接管 inbox 唔會一步去到全自動，最合理係先由 read、label、draft 開始，send 同 trash 留返確認。Notion 今次收 Mail，其實反映 AI email app 最難未必係 AI 本身，而係點樣令人放低用咗好多年嘅 inbox。

用開 Notion Mail，今日可以咁做

第一步係打開 Notion Mail，匯出 drafts、排程郵件、snippets 同 auto-label 指示；snippet 入面有附件就逐個下載。第二步係截低或寫低你用緊嘅 views、filters、rules 同 reminders，因為呢啲先係真正影響每日工作嘅設定。第三步係決定搬去邊：簡單分類可以返 Gmail labels，複雜客戶跟進就考慮 Custom Agent，但 agent 權限要收細，send / trash 最好保留確認。

呢次收檔唔算大災難，但好值得所有靠 SaaS 串日常 ops 嘅 team 留意：免費 app、AI feature、同步層，全部都隨時可以改方向。到 9 月 22 日前，最值錢係你寫落去嗰堆分類邏輯同回覆模板；有靠 Notion Mail 跑日常跟進嘅人，而家就盤點一次，唔好等到停運前一晚。
