關閉唔等於 Gmail 內容消失

Notion Mail 一直同 Gmail 雙向同步，所以收過同寄過嘅 email 仍然喺 Gmail。會斷嘅係 Notion Mail 呢個 inbox 畫面，同埋佢幫你砌出嚟嗰套 views、排序、reminders、snippet 附件。靠 HIPAA coverage 嘅 team，官方建議喺 2026 年 6 月 30 日前轉走；一般用戶就睇實 9 月 21 日，唔好等到最後一晚先清。

Notion 唔再自己做 email client

Notion Mail 2025 年 4 月正式推出，當時主打 AI auto label、custom views、snippets、Notion Calendar scheduling，同一句「inbox that thinks like you」。再早啲，Notion 2024 年 2 月收購 Skiff，外界自然會以為佢想由 docs、calendar 一路伸去 email client。但一年多少少就收檔，反映做一個夠好嘅 email app 要長期同 Gmail、Outlook、Superhuman、Shortwave 呢類產品正面打，成本唔細，最後留住用戶嘅地方又未必喺 Notion 自己手上。

之後重點會放喺 agents

Notion 官方喺 X 講，超過一半 Notion Mail 用戶已經唔開 inbox 都由 agents 處理 email。佢嘅 agents 產品資料亦寫到好清楚：Custom Agents 可以讀、整理、draft email，按 sender 觸發，貼 labels，甚至 sync email 去 Notion databases。呢度睇到 Notion 個盤算：少做一個大家每日打開嘅 mail window，多做一層喺 Gmail 上面跑嘅自動化腦袋，幫 email 變成 task、record、brief 同 follow-up。

而家要做嘅遷移

用過 Notion Mail 嘅人，第一步係直接入 Notion Mail app 或 web 匯出。Drafts 同 scheduled emails 要搬去 Gmail；snippets 要抄走內容，尤其有附件嘅 snippets 要手動下載；auto label instructions 最好存做一頁 Notion，之後再睇你會唔會用 Custom Agent 重建分類。custom views、排序方式同 email reminders 唔會照搬，呢啲先係最容易遺漏嘅位。

用 AI 工具，都要預咗公司路線會改

對普通用戶，呢件事最值得記住嘅位係：AI productivity tool 唔止睇功能好唔好用，仲要睇公司路線會唔會突然轉彎。Notion Mail 由「新 inbox」變成「agents 有 Gmail tools 就夠」，對深度 Notion 用戶可能合理；對只想要好用 email client 嘅人，就係信任成本。你花時間調好 labels、views 同 snippets，最麻煩其實係要搬走嗰套自己慢慢教出嚟嘅規則。

下一步睇 agents 有幾可靠

如果 Notion agents 真係可以穩定讀 Gmail、draft reply、貼 label、sync 到 database，Notion Mail 收檔未必係壞事，因為少咗一個 inbox app，反而集中做自動化層。不過 email 始終係高風險入口：錯貼 label、錯寄 draft、亂 sync 客戶資料，代價大過錯寫一頁 notes。Notion 接住要證明兩樣嘢：demo 要順，logs、permissions、review 同 rollback 亦要夠清楚，先畀公司放心用。
