Notion Mail 幾時收爐

Notion Mail 會喺 2026 年 9 月 22 日關閉，9 月 21 日前係最後保存日期；6 月 25 日開始，Notion 已經畀用家喺 app 或 web 匯出 Notion Mail 專屬資料。重點先講清楚：如果你用 Gmail 或 Google Workspace 做底，郵件本身會留喺 Gmail，因為 Notion Mail 本來都係同 Gmail 雙向同步。今次消失嘅係 Notion 加喺 Gmail 上面嗰層：views、AI label 指示、snippets、通知偏好、提醒，同部分排程信同草稿處理。

Android Authority 嘅報道重點係：Notion 原本想將 inbox 變成近似 Notion database 嘅儀表板，用 filter、group、AI labels、snippet 同 calendar scheduling 去執返 email 嘅雜亂。呢個方向其實唔差，尤其你日日喺 Notion 寫 project note、跟客、安排 meeting，用同一套思維睇 email 好吸引。不過佢成個底仍然綁住 Gmail，Outlook、iCloud 等支援遲遲未到；官方幫助頁而家都寫明，註冊要 Gmail 或 Google Workspace。

要即刻搬走咩

先處理四樣會真係唔見嘅資料：Notion Mail 入面嘅 drafts 要搬返去 Gmail，scheduled emails 要重設，snippets 要匯出文字，AI auto label instructions 要保存到 Notion page 或文件。官方亦講明，custom views 同 sorting 唔會自動轉去 Gmail；snippet 夾咗檔案就要手動下載；email reminders 亦唔會跟住走。用開 Gmail filters 嘅人，可以喺 Gmail Filters and Blocked Addresses 重建規則，Google 官方亦支援匯入同匯出 filters，但 Notion AI 嗰種自然語言 label 指示唔會一鍵變成 Gmail filter。

Notion database 用法最易中伏

如果你淨係用 Notion Mail 讀信寫信，搬返 Gmail 已經解決大半。但有啲 team 係用 Notion Mail 將 email 同 Notion database 綁埋一齊，例如 receipts、lead list、support queue、newsletter archive。官方 FAQ 講，已經同步入 Notion 嘅 email database 同 views 會留低，不過 9 月 22 日之後新 email 唔會再加入嗰啲 database。呢種情況最好而家揀返一個固定做法：用 Gmail filter 加自動轉寄、用 Notion Custom Agent，或者改用正式 automation 工具。唔好等到停止更新先發現客戶查詢冇再入表。

點解 AI email app 難取代 Gmail

呢次最值得睇嘅位係：Notion 收起嘅其實係獨立 inbox 呢條路。Notion 喺 X 表示，超過一半 Notion Mail 用家已經交畀 agents 管 email，連 inbox 都唔使開，所以公司決定改押 agent-led email。呢個聽落好 AI 時代，但現實係 email client 要贏 Gmail，唔止要識幫你分類。佢要有可靠 search、離線同手機 desktop 一致、公司 admin 控制、權限 audit、唔會漏 urgent mail，仲要支援 Outlook、iCloud 同多帳戶。AI label 做錯一次，用家就會即刻驚，因為 email 入面有 invoice、合約、客戶回覆同 login code。

Gmail 今次最舒服，因為 Notion Mail 由頭到尾都冇接管你個 mailbox，佢只係一個加喺 Gmail 上面嘅工作層。Notion 做得最啱嘅安排，就係清楚講明郵件歷史留喺 Gmail；但呢件事亦講到 AI email app 最大問題：帳戶、存檔同同步都靠 Gmail，新 client 好多時只係加多一層介面。呢層介面做得好，的確可以慳時間；但供應商一轉方向，最後最可靠都係原本個 email provider。

而家點做

用 Google Workspace 加 Notion 做日常流程嘅 office、freelancer 同 startup，受影響多數落喺每日收件箱整理習慣，多過 IT 架構本身。最短做法：第一，9 月 21 日前喺 Notion Mail 匯出 snippets 同 auto label instructions，草稿同排程信逐封搬返 Gmail；第二，用 Gmail filters 重建最常用嗰三四個 view，唔好一次過重建成套；第三，如果你有 Notion email database，同 team 講清楚 9 月 22 日後新信唔會再同步，另搵 automation 或 agent 接力。要完整保存 Gmail 郵件，就用 Google Takeout 另外做一次 archive；但 Takeout 係備份，唔係日常 client 搬家工具。
