Fitbit 舊 app 7 月 15 日起停支援，Google Health 更新避唔開

舊版 app 裝到都未必用到，關鍵係 server

如果你一路用 Fitbit 4.x app，靠 sideload APK 同關自動更新留住舊 dashboard，呢個避新版介面嘅限期已經過咗。Android Authority 引述 Gadgets & Wearables 見到嘅 Google app 內通知指，Fitbit / Google Health app 5.0 以下版本，Android 同 iOS 都由 2026 年 7 月 15 日起停支援。舊 APK 本身未必即刻裝唔到，但 Fitbit 嘅登入、同步、裝置設定同好多功能都靠 Google 嘅 server；Google 停支援之後，舊 app 就算開到，都可能變成得個殼。

點解 Google 要收起舊版

表面睇，呢單似普通 app 版本淘汰；但放返 5 月嘅 Google Health 改版脈絡，就睇得出 Google 係為舊版收尾。Google 官方講，Fitbit app 由 2026 年 5 月 19 日開始變成 Google Health，既有用家喺 5 月 19 至 26 日之間逐步收到更新；官方支援頁亦寫明，Google Account 係使用 Google Health 服務嘅基本要求。睇成個安排，Google 明顯唔打算再同時養 Fitbit account、舊 Fitbit dashboard、Google Health 幾套體驗。

對一般用家有咩實際影響

最實際係三件事：先同步，先確認帳戶，先睇手機系統。官方要求 Google Health 用 Android 11 或以上，iPhone 要 iOS 16.4 或以上；如果部舊手機平時只係用嚟同步手環，可能要先升系統或者換機。仲有，如果你仍然用 Fitbit account，Google 支援頁寫明 5 月 19 日後已經唔可以再靠 Fitbit account 正常用 app，未搬去 Google Account 嘅帳戶資料由 7 月 15 日起開始刪除。

舊 dashboard 受歡迎，因為習慣變晒

Fitbit 老用家唔滿意新版，其實唔難明。Google Health 換咗四個分頁：Today、Fitness、Sleep、Health，Premium 改名 Google Health Premium，教練功能同 Gemini 綁得深咗。Google 官方支援頁同時列出一批功能變動，例如 Sleep Profile 冇咗、Estimated Oxygen Variation（EOV）冇咗、Sense 同 Versa 3 嘅 Snore Detection 冇咗、歷史 badges 亦會刪。你日日用嚟睇步數、睡眠同體重趨勢嘅入口，一夜之間變晒，當然有人寧願留喺 4.x。

呢單反映健康裝置嘅老問題

表面睇係大家鍾唔鍾意新介面，但其實都係健康穿戴裝置一直有嘅問題：你買咗手錶，但好多價值其實鎖喺 app、雲端同帳戶入面。Google 話 Fitbit 健康資料唔會用喺 Google Ads，亦保留下載同刪除資料嘅選項；但 Google 一停舊 app 嘅 server 支援，舊版本就可能用唔到，用家就要預咗隻錶仲用到，app 同服務都可能先轉方向。Fitbit 舊手環可能仲戴得，舊用法就未必留得住。

限期過咗，而家可以點做

如果你已經用緊 Google Health 5.x，其實冇咩特別要做，最多檢查一次裝置同步同第三方 app 連線，例如 Strava、Withings、Apple Health 或 Health Connect。仲留喺 4.x 嘅 Android 用家就先確認舊 app 仲登入同同步到，再喺 app 或網頁睇吓仲可唔可以下載重要資料、確認 Google Account 唔係 Workspace account，之後更新 app 同手錶 firmware。限期過咗之後，問題未必係你裝唔裝到舊 APK，而係登入同同步仲有冇反應。
