Galaxy Watch 開 app 彈返 drawer：Wear OS 6 呢個 bug 要點處理

Galaxy Watch 近排有單幾煩嘅故障：有用戶撳 Gmail、Google Calendar、WhatsApp，畫面出咗 splash screen 幾秒，然後直接彈返 app drawer。Android Authority 引述 Reddit 回報，主角係 Galaxy Watch8 Classic；留言入面亦有人話 WhatsApp 隨機開唔到。呢類 bug 最大麻煩係 app 入口本身失靈，對用手錶睇訊息、行事曆提醒嘅人好實際。

Reddit 原帖話，清 app cache、wipe cache partition 都冇幫助；重啟手錶會短暫回復，但過一陣又可能返嚟。呢點重要，因為佢似系統層狀態卡死，多過單一 Gmail 或 WhatsApp 版本壞。另一個 thread 將成因講成 Wear OS 6 嘅 zombie process / ghost thread：app 關閉時有殘留 thread 卡喺 RAM，之後再開 app，系統以為舊 process 仲喺度，結果中止啟動。但係呢個解釋來自用戶 log 同 AI 分析，未有 Samsung 或 Google 正式確認。

更新唔一定一刀切

有趣位係 fix 並唔乾淨。另一名 Galaxy Watch7 用戶話 6 月 11 裝咗 May 2026 security update 後，清 recent apps 同清 RAM 都冇再觸發；但 Watch8 Classic 原帖作者回覆話，自己已經係 May update，Gmail 仍然最常中招。即係話，更新可能改善某啲型號或地區版本，但唔應該當成已經全線解決。Samsung Mobile Security 嘅 May bulletin 只係列出安全修補，冇寫到呢個 app launch bug。

Wear OS 6 呢代本身改得唔少。Google 官方文件列出 Material 3 Expressive、watch face format v4、Watch Face Push 等改動；Samsung 喺 Watch8 / One UI 8 Watch 又加咗 Gemini、Now Bar、Multi-info tile 呢類日常操作功能。手錶 OS 最大難位係資源少、背景工作多、又要長時間待機；一有 process lifecycle 出事，最先爆出嚟通常就係「開 app 冇反應」呢種低層體驗。

而家可以點做

香港用家未必需要太擔心，但如果你靠手錶睇 WhatsApp、Gmail 通知、Calendar meeting reminder，呢個 bug 就唔係小事。暫時實用做法好簡單：

• 先喺 Galaxy Wearable 同手錶 Play Store 更新系統同 app
• 中招時重啟手錶，當成臨時 workaround
• 唔好急住 factory reset；原帖有人清 cache 都冇效，重設未必值
• 重要訊息照返手機睇，並喺 Samsung Members 交 error report

我會將呢單睇成 Wear OS 生態嘅老問題：硬件越嚟越似手機，但用戶對手錶嘅容錯更低。手機 app crash 一次最多再開，手錶喺細屏上彈返 drawer，成個流程已經斷咗。Samsung 如果真係喺 May update 入面修過部分 case，下一步應該清楚講邊啲 build 已修、邊啲 model 仍等 patch；唔應該每次都靠 Reddit 補半份 changelog。
